How to identify a plant?
When making a snap, make sure the light is good, and your plant is in the frame. You can photograph flowers, leaves, or an entire plant. Don't put multiple species in one frame - it can lead to misidentification. Also, avoid dark, overexposed, or blurry images. If you are not satisfied with the results, give it another try, following the above recommendations.
How many plants can Blossom identify?
Currently, there are over 10 000 plant species in our database, from houseplants and garden flowers to lichens and mosses. You can also use Blossom to identify trees, shrubs, or succulents. Some of the plants don't have full descriptions and care tips yet, but our best flower experts are on it, constantly seeding the database with new info. If you have any questions or suggestions on how we can improve our app, feel free to contact us at support@blossomplant.com.
Premium Features
Blossom Premium is a paid subscription that gives you access to unlimited snaps for plant identification and unlimited plant care reminders.
End Of Trial And Subscription Renewal
When the trial period ends, Google Play automatically initiates billing against the credit card that the user provided during the initial purchase, at the amount set for the full subscription, and continuing at the subscription interval. If necessary, you can cancel the subscription at any time during the trial period. In this case, the subscription remains active until the end of the trial period, but Google Play sets the subscription not to renew automatically; at the end of the trial period the subscription expires, and Google Play does not charge you.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions on Google Play renew automatically unless you unsubscribe. Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You can view the status of all of your subscriptions and cancel them if necessary by going to the Google Play Store and tapping Menu > Subscriptions. You can also access this page directly through the link https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or by using a computer to visit play.google.com and clicking My subscriptions in the menu on the left.
When you cancel a subscription, Google Play does not offer a refund for the current billing cycle. Instead, it allows the user to have access to the canceled subscription until the end of the current billing cycle, at which time it terminates the subscription.
Uninstall app
When you decide to uninstall an app that includes purchased subscriptions, the Play Store app will notify you about the active subscriptions. If you choose to continue with the uninstallation, the app will be removed but the subscriptions will remain active and recurring billing will continue. You can cancel the associated subscriptions at any time in My apps & games screen of the Play Store app.
Notifications
You may turn notifications off at any time in the Settings app > Apps & Notifications > Notifications. Find the app Blossom and then tap the toggle to block push-notifications.
